Hi, I had the problem of skygo not working a couple of years ago and @caesarome assisted. It was then resolved but skygo is again not working. I have had three long calls (the last one over an hour) with the Indian help desk with the lady telling me that sorry they are unable to help me. Unbelievable that this is the message to a customer of 13 years. I am now on hold to try and ca ncel my subscription. A complete waste of time and I am furious.

In Greeece having arrived on Wednesday. I know all about the 30 day rule and making sure you use the app while back in Ireland. Funny that we are having the repeat conversation @caesarome

It is odd, I'm stumped as it should be working for you so all I can suggest is that you contacted Sky via Twitter or Facebook Messenger to see what they say.

Thanks @caesarome. I am on hold to cancel the subscription. After 13 years. my fourth 25 minute delay of the day on a sky helpline.
