Please please can I have some movement on this.
I've hugely engaged on this issue including many many very prompt responses and I've sent screen shots and provided all details requested at every point.
Just cancelling this issue does not help in fixing it.
I need it resolved.

Got the invite 2 days ago and every 10 hours or so I send a message just to prevent it from being automatically closed. Thus far there hasn't been a single message from sky. I am being completely ghosted....

After 2.5 days they replied and started to ask for account numbers type questions again. I asked them to read the previous two weeks of messages and to please sort the problem our as it's go on long enough. They then deleted the invite so I'm back to square one again...
This is truly the worst customer service I've ever faced.
