Sky go laptop issue

I am having difficulty accessing Sports go on my laptop. Although other channels are ok, keeps coming up with error ( 1410 ) Please note it only relevant to the sports channel and only when trying to gain access via my laptop. Would be grateful for your assistance. John

So this is happening when you access only the Sky Sports channels like those from 401-405 ?

 

Can you acecss these via your Sky TV service ?

I have had a similar problem with watching Sky Sports 409 on my laptop.

 

The picture freezes after a couple of minutes, but the audio continues for 10-15 minutes, then the app crashes and I have to reload it.

Mine is showing ppfe9903  it thinks we trying to record the channel
