Skygo keeps telling me to upgrade my subscription when I try to use a Sky Sports channel. I have a full sports subscription. What am I doing wrong?

I'm having issues with Skygo. It won't let me access sports channels, even though I have a full Sky Sports subscription. It also won't load the TV Guide
