Sky go extra

We had and should have Sky go extra as part of our package but it has disappeared, it was supposed to have been resolved and we were told to wait 72 hours and then add it to our account- we have left it a week and the option is still not available.

Sky assistant just keeps sending me in circles...please help!

Have you made any changes to your TV package recently ?

 

If not then as we are customers here we can not help you to get this resolved so you will have to call again and when you do don't let them tell you it will be fixed in 72 hours as I would have thought that can sort it there and then on the spot. If you still get nowhere then you might want to register a complaint:
