I have phoned sky twice today. No one seems to be able to help me. Can anyone confirm that sky go extra is free with sky vip. I have recently removed multiroom. The assistant assured me that I would still be able to use sky go extra free with vip. I double checked this several times.

It doesn't show for me either, do you have a multiscreen sub or perhaps are a Sky mobile customer ?

I would give Sky a call to see if they can acivate it for you via your Sky VIP tier.

I am also looking at this. Did Sky give you an answer as I remember seeing the same thing somewhere. I am looking to reduce my costs each month. . I cannot see all the rewards on the VIP app anymore. I am sure it used to be there. The VIP app doesn't really offer any real info. Such as the TV advert saying you get the same deal as a new customer but then the VIP service seems unable do this.
