Each time i watch anything on my sky go app it eats a chunk of my data allowance, over the past few months ive had to use all the data saved in my piggy bank to add to my data because of how much sky go app was using. Ive run through over 200gb out of my piggy including my monthly allowance, to the point ive had to up my allowance and have stopped watching sky go unless connected to wifi.
Is there a way of being refunded data at all or can someone help sort the issue with sky go app, i am the account holder and have logged into the app with my details .

One point which comes to mind is that 200Gb is a fairly extraordinary amount of data to use for what's supposed to be intermittent content consumption over cellular data: the Fair Use Policy does indicate that viewing should use WiFi where possible.
