Sky go on my mobile app mirrors my sky Q channels but sky go on my laptop has much less channels available, I have checked the settings and they are the same on phone and laptop but laptop is missing lots of channels anyone know how to fix this please

If your laptop is operating as if it is away from home (if it has an active VPN connection, for example) then Go will be missing all the BBC channels: those are viewable on iPlayer.
