Sky go app on laptop

Whilst I can down load app, when opens the TV schedule and all text pages are blocked out in black and white.

Is this correct?

It's a new HP Laptop. I'm downloading from Sky search on web

No, that isn't correct so try uninstalling then installing it again from here:

I have uninstalled and used suggested link
