I have a new Samsung tablet 10 FE that i purchased through sky. The sky go app downloads fine but chucks me out the app at the accept cookies screen. I've cleared cache, reinstalled etc, checked the DEX is off.... still not working. Can anyone help please?
I have basically the same problem with a brand new Samsung laptop. E-mailing customer services results in a pointless exchange, dealing with what can only be described as fools and circus clowns who pay absolutely no attention to what you tell them.
