Sky go app not working on xbox

I am trying to watch sky go on my Xbox, which I have done so for years. When I tried to go on it today it comes up with the error, "you can't use sky go on this device yet. You'll need a sky Q multi screen, sky glass whole home or sky go extra subscription to access sky go on this device." I haven't changed my subscriptions and I'm not over the device limit for my subscription. Please can you let me know what might be the issue? Thanks

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 9pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:
