Sky go app not working on any devices

Recently joined sky and the sky go app has stopped working on all my devices (ps5/4 iPhone) after two days 

message on screen reads " you will need to be a sky tv customer with the relevant pack to watch this program"

I have a tv package and this app was working fine until I paired my viewing card

any help?

While you are waiting for your Sky box to be installed Sky gives you free access to all content in Sky Go. Once your box has been installed what you can view will match your TV package so to get access on a console you need Sky Go Extra on your account so give Sky a call to get this added. There could be a charge as it is usually £5 a month for this.
