Sky go app issue

Hi 

I have both sky sports and bt sport on my sky package subscription and am able to watch on the main tv 

however I'm unable to watch either sky sports or bt sport via the sky go app I get an error message saying I should upgrade my subscription

Have you been a customer of Sky in the past and returned after being away for 12 months or more ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will hopefully be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
