More broadly, Go was never a global streaming service because Sky is not a global media provider*, and so isn't in a position to negotiate global distribution rights. It extended time-limited Go service into Europe after 2017 as required by the relevant EU regulation, which as @daveNOS indicates ceased to apply to UK digital subscriptions after Brexit.
Also worth noting that the vast majority of channels in Go aren't Sky-branded, and there's no way the individual owners are going to secure global rights to all the content they carry. EU 'portability' works by creating a limited exemption to rights ownership within member states.
Even the global giants (Netflix / Amazon / Apple etc) only offer their subscribers a small subset of content when outside the country in which their subscription address is located.
*Sky group operates in United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy
