Hi I have SkyQ and use Sky Go Extra, on multi devices (4) mobile, tablet, Ps4. I had this as part of my VIP reward and it shows on my bill as SkyGo Extra £5.00 Discounted as I have it free.
Came to watch live footy and my son was watching on PS4 hubby on TV and I wanted to watch it on my tablet or Phone in another room. Never been a problem before but this time i received an error message About reaching maximum number of people able to watch assuming it was only Sky Go for 2 devices!! I have trawled through Sky for the past hour or so trying to activate the Sky Go Extra even if I have to pay but can't find it anywhere. Sky Store Under terms and conditions doesn't do anything. Can any one shed any light on this problem.
Think we have lost now! 😞

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTo confirm that only your son was using the Sky Go app on his console and nobody else was because based on your package you should be able to stream on 2 devices at the same time.

Regardless though my package has Sky Go Extra which should allow 4 devices!!
