Sky glass keeps closing down
I chose a programme it says please wait your programme is loading, the programme is on the screen while this message is on the screen, the prograame switches off and the message says there is a technical fault. Tried various programmes and the same happens again.
Had sky glass for about 8 weeks

Sounds like you may have an intermittent or local network issue.
How is your Sky Glass connected, wifi or ethernet?
Can you do a network speed test on your Sky Glass TV.
Launch Netflix on your Sky Glass TV (you do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix) and scroll down the left menu to Get help.
Choose Check Network.
Would suggest running the test a handful of times, say over a half hour period
What is your speed?
