Sky device pin

I keep having the same issue. I download shows to watch on sky go app and it sometimes (not always) asks for a decice pin and everytime it says my pin is wrong. I have reset over 10 times and it still wont work. I have also tried downloading the shows on my actual box but it does not download them.

If it is not connected to a Sky Q ox then it can be reset here:


https://www.sky.com/manage/tv/manage-devices/change-pin

 

As it might be that you are resetting the TV pin which is seperate to the Sky Go one.
