Sky Go

I have tried deleting the app and turning my phone off and on but i still get the same error message when trying to watch Sky Go via my iPhone. I also have the latest software update. 
The error message states sorry there is a technical error please try again later.

Is this happening against everything you are trying to watch or just certain programs or perhaps a live tv channel ?

I'm having the same problem. I can get into the app and see what there is to watch but the app is saying g there is a technical error contacting the network and cannot watch anything.

Are you both using a Wifi connection, if so try a reboot of both the device the app is intalled on and also your broadband router.
