My Sky Go app was working yesterday, today I just get this message on a blue screen:
CONNECTING YOUR APPLICATION
We're having problems connecting you. Please try again (001).
Can a sky expert help me to understand what the issue is please

I didn't do anything different.
You can see the posts on here, and I also received a questionaire from sky that I compeleted.... It took me about 20 mins and was mostly about me experiences, what apps I use, how I rate everything.... then I think I was asked about SkyGo. I rated it really low, was then asked for more detail and I expained the problem and that it was un-usable..
Few days later it was fixed.... I dont know if these are connected, I like to think they are.
