Sky Go won’t download

Whenever I try to download anything on Sky Go, it comes up with an error message saying i need to delete some things due to insufficient storage,

I have over 100gb of available storage on my iPad and all other steaming apps will allow me to download.  I have tried resetting my iPad and deleting/reinstalling the sky go app. I have even deleted all my previous sky go downloads.

can anyone help to solve it?
