Sky Go will not let me download shows

Hi everyone 

I recently joined Sky Stream and I have downloaded Sky Go on my Lenovo tablet but when I try to download a show I get an error message which says:

"Sorry something went wrong - To enjoy this service please upgrade your subscription " 

But I already have a subscription to Sky which should allow me to download these shows.

Can anyone help me fix this please?

To download via Sky Go you also need Sky Go Extra on your account so give Sky a call to get this added.

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
