Hi everyone
I recently joined Sky Stream and I have downloaded Sky Go on my Lenovo tablet but when I try to download a show I get an error message which says:
"Sorry something went wrong - To enjoy this service please upgrade your subscription "
But I already have a subscription to Sky which should allow me to download these shows.
Can anyone help me fix this please?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTo download via Sky Go you also need Sky Go Extra on your account so give Sky a call to get this added.
150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
