Sky Go stuck on Downloading

Windows version of Sky Go is stuck on "Downloading Update" - another Sky Service that is not working - what can be done about it?

You are on a few people reporting this issue so all you can do is to report it to the apps team at Sky giving them details of what device and operating system it is running - apps@sky.uk
