Sky Go recordings
When I log into sky go I am unable to see my recordings because the search for my Sky Q always says it can't find the box. All on same WiFi. Both phones say same. Nothing wrong with Sky on the TV. It's been the same for years, no matter what we do or who our broadband is with or phone network provider.

Do you have multiscreen on your account ?
Is the Sky Q/Go option turned on in the settings on the Sky Go app and the same in settings on your Sky Q box ?
