Sky Go recordings

Until yesterday we could watch recordings on Sky go via the app. All of a sudden today we can't, the feature has entirely disappeared and saying cannot connect to sky box. 
All boxes connected, and working fine. 
Any help appreciated

I take it you haven't cancelled your multiscreen subscription, if so have you tried rebooting your Sky Q box and the device the Sky Go app is installed on ?

Yeah rebooted main box and mini box

Uninstalled app and reinstalled. Logged out and in and nothing?!
