Until yesterday we could watch recordings on Sky go via the app. All of a sudden today we can't, the feature has entirely disappeared and saying cannot connect to sky box.
All boxes connected, and working fine.
Any help appreciated

Yeah rebooted main box and mini box
Uninstalled app and reinstalled. Logged out and in and nothing?!
