Just received my Sky Q viewing card and it states on the welcome letter that I can download and use Sky Go immediately while I wait on my installation.
I have tried on my Mac and iPhone but I get a pop up saying I don't have permission to log in to the server.
Can anyone advise?

Hi, I get this message on any device I try and it takes me back to the sign in page.

No VPN.
Was able to sign in on the app on Apple TV box but no matter what I select, it won't play.
Beginning to think Sky are just teasing me after luring me away from Virgin after 14 years 😂

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
