Ive added a new PC on Sky Go but when i go to play a programme i get error code PFE9500.
ive spoken to customer service who say problem with pc but no suggestions to help!
weirdly the adverts play so im confused as to how to resolve issue.

Thanks for advice speakers were disabled which has solved problem.

Or try reducing your sound settings from 24 bit 384 Khz to 16 bit 44.1 Khz within Windows sounds settings.
