Sky Go on Linux Mint

Anyone got any ideas how to get the sky go app to work on a laptop running linux mint?

Given there's no Go client for Linux, I'd imagine a whole lot of messing about with either Windows or Android emulation and absolutely no guarantee of success.  Unfortunately the 'Free' in FOSS only applies where you don't value your own time...

You don't, I use an Amazon Fire to access the Sky Go app via the Google play store

@COOK21  You may know but both Android and IOS are vision of Linux (Free) and are supported by Sky. Also Microsoft has stated that they will use more free software in Windows in the future, Edge being a rebrand of Chrome. The reason that sky has not got an app for Linux is that the user base is not big enough for them to create one yet.

iOS is based on OSX which is itself descended from BSD (Berkeley Software Distribution) UNIX, not Linux.

 

Edge is built on the Chromium codebase rather than being a rebrand of Google Chrome.
