Sky Go not working!

My TV services cancelled a couple of days ago and yesterday I reinstated my package due to receiving a better offer. Everything is working fine on my SKY Q box but when I try watching on Sky Go it says I need to upgrade my subscription when I have subscribed already to Sky Sports, Signature and Cinema. I spent an hour on the phone with Sky troubleshooting such as deleting and reinstalling app, changing password, removing all devices linked to account but to no avail. Has anyone had the same issue and anyone know of a fix. Tried to watch live football today on Sky Go but couldn't because of this. Please can someone help! Thank you in advance

Log out and back in and make sure you are using your primary Sky ID.
