Sky Go not working on Macbook

Hello

For the last few months i've been unable to use sky go on any of my Mac products, I have two using 15.1 and one on 14.

sky go gets into a loop of wanting me to download the app and reinstall it, this continues until I get fed up of it and delete the downloaded file.

this is beyond annoying.

please tell me how to fix it.
