Sky Go not working on MacBook Pro

Hi, I've been on with Sky Support several times now and whilst they're working to fix this problem, it's still ongoing. When I open Sky Go app on my macbook all I get is the spinning circle. 

I've tried uninstalling/ reinstalling many times, I've forgotten my wifi network and re-connected.

I'm on Mac OS - Ventura 13.4.1 

Has anyone else had similar and fixed it?

Experiencing the same issue - I can't even uninstall the skygo anymore
