Took out Sky Q on Tuesday 14th. All delivered and all ok. However I was advised on Tuesday that I would be able to watch Sky Go immediately and this isn't the case. When trying to watch it says I need to upgrade.
I spoke to a rep on Tuesday who was unable to help and has escalated but I've heard nothing.
When speaking to rep, she advised to update my main email for logging in, which I did. Everything on Sky's end is up to date including my phone number but when I call, it doesn't recognise my phone number. My account online has the correct details but is saying that it doesn't hold up to date payment Info and that a payment is outstanding. Sky have confirmed that payment details are held and there is no payment outstanding as bill not due yet.
Anyone else have this issue?
