I've recently re-installed Sky Go onto a clean laptop and find that when I launch it and select something to watch, I am unable to use the volume controls within the app or use fullscreen without the banner across the bottom of the screen staying where it would be when not in fullscreen. I've tried changing the settings on both the compatability options (which seems to be the only answer when searching) and on the laptop display settings itself. I'm really at a loss as to what to do. Any advice would be welcome.
