Sky Go not letting me watch live sport

When I try and watch live sport on Sky Go it tells me to upgrade my subscription but I have had Sky Sports for years! I have re-installed the app a number of times but still no joy. My fault has been escalated but nobody from Sky has got back to me in weeks. I'm really disappointed. Please can someone help me?
