Sky Go nightmare

Hi,

 

Have been attempting to install Sky Go app on my Mac. Have tried everything.. just keeps popping up message :

 

We're having problems connecting you please try again - (001)

 

I've rebooted - uninstalled and reinstalled - my SKY internet is working fine and My Sky Q tv also fine.

Please help

Try letting Sky Go through any firewall you use.
