Hi
I cannot get my Sky Go app to find my Sky Q box.
One of the obvious things was to check whether Sky Go had local network settings.
However when I go to Privacy/Local Network Sky Go is missing entirely (which it shouldn't be).
Have logged out/reinstalled/restarted phone etc.
Also no local network options in the general Sky Go settings page.
No VPNs etc.
Any thoughts appreciated.

Yep. We have the main box and three other rooms.

Have you managed to sort out this issue as I am having the same on my devices. If you did, how did you rectify it please.

Same issue here, how do I make sky go request local network access? It's not on the list

I have just found a solution to this problem. I rebooted my sky box and also my router and after about five munutes I had a message on my iPad to say sky box found. Happy days
