Sky Go is so poor!!!

Why is it you can't pause or rewind sky go? Why can't you watch any sporting event at any point after it has started on sky go? I pay so much money to have sky and sky sports. I watch discovery plus for free with my phone contract and can pause, start from the beginning, watch at any point after the event. Sky has the ability as they have sky glass, sky is a scam. I will definitely cancel my contract at the next opportunity.
