Sky Go is not functioning

After 21 years with Sky ( diamond member) I cannot get Sky Go to function. It just says " cannot connect with server". Everything else works perfectively.

what is going on. Your virtual assistant is a disgrace particularly as other companies use AI.

if you can't sort it out then advise me and I'll change to a different company

This is a community where Sky customers help each other, it is not a route where you can talk to Sky.

 

What device do you have the Sky Go app installed on ?

Are you using a VPN or if it is an Apple device do you have private relay activated ?

Sky don't support VPNs to bypass geofencing

Try disabling the VPN and then see it the app works.
