Sky Go iPhone doesn’t work?!

Yet Sky Go works fine on my Xbox?

 

New Sky Stream customer (still waiting for Puck to be delivered but was told I can watch channels on Sky Go until then and can confirm it works on Xbox but the iPhone app just doesn't work at all?)

which iPhone do you have ?

have you tried uninstalling the app restarting the iPhone and reinstalling?

iPhone 16 Pro Max. It also doesn't work on my M4 iPad Pro.

and yes I have tried deleting and reinstalling, etc. no success!

Already linked (and can watch channels fine on the Sky Go Xbox app). But want it on my phone/tablet.

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
