Sky Cinema was added to my package yesterday and it works fine through the Sky Q box, but get the error messages about requiring the relevant subscription on the Sky Go app.
Telephone support just tells me this is working as intended, despite having Sky Go Extra and the issue isn't affecting the Sky Sports channels.
So far I've restarted the Sky Q box, removed devices from MySky before reinstalling the app on computer and android phone.
