Sky Go error code 1526-IH

Trying to download to my computer and repeatedly hit this error message

Do you have Sky Go Extra on your account ?

I believe so.  But not 100%. Can't see a way to check.  I have multiple SkyGo connections so assume Yes.  Is it possible that I get the error code due to a download of the same show already existing on the Sky box?

I guess that is possible so can you try a download of something you haven't got on your box.

Thanks for your help however I suspect this is a rights issue with the content I want to watch mobile.  Can freely download other stuff.
