When I try to control my new Q box from Sky Go - I get this
How do I register a new Q box on Go ?
Previously - my HD box worked fine !
I can still view live channels
Just not record or view recordings
WHY ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Anonymous if you cannot set up recordings from the Sky Go app try the following
If you still have the Sky+ app log into that If you don't have the Sky + app download it and log in.
Ignore the message about having Sky Q and needing to download the Q app the Sky go app replaced this
once in the + app press the spanner at the top left goto recordings and downloads and you should be able to set your Q box in there for remote record and remote download you may need your viewing card number I cant remember if its needed or not
I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
