Sky Go and recordings

Hello,

 

I have Sky Q and yesterday my multiroom contract ended, I can access sky Go but can't access the recordings part as it says I need a multi screen subscription. 
Does anyone know if this is correct as I've looked online and it's saying different things depending where you look. 
Does it mean I need a multiroom subscription to watch my recordings on my phone?  Or would a Sky Go extra subscription let me do that? 
I don't know what the difference is between multiroom and multi screen or are the same thing?

To watch your recordings you do need a multiscreen sub so as you have cancelled this then you will not be able to watch them, Sky Go Extra does not allow you to do this.
