Sky Go - Windows 11 computer I have sound but no picture???

So my company has splashed out on a new laptop for me, a very expensive Windows 11 one.

I have added Sky Go as I travel a bit and I am getting the normal grid layout as before but when I select a channel I get the sound perfect but absolutely no picture at all....just a Black screen.

Sky Go worked fine on my previous laptop (running an older Windows version) and my iMac...its just this new machine that has an issue.

Really annoying - does anyone know a fix for this?

Having exactly the same issue with my Windows 11 PC.

Phone assistance says unistall and reinstall is the only suggestion they have.
