Sky Go - Sky channels do not work over Cellular network

This is an ongoing problem with the Sky Go app on my iphone XS Max (IOS 16.1.2, latest version of Sky Go app installed today). It has been a problem for many months. Mobile network is TalkMobile, which I think is on Vodafone.

 

All channels* work on Sky Go when watching on Sky Go Windows app over broadband.

All channels* work on Sky Go when watching on Sky Go IOS App when watching connected to wifi.

Only "not sky" channels  work on Sky Go when watching on Sky Go IOS App when watching over cellular i.e. mobile data. e.g. I can watch Eurosport, ITV etc on my phone while using mobile data.

 

When I try to watch Sky Sports on mobile data, it just hangs for a couple of minutes. Then I receive:

"Sorry, something went wrong. This show is currently unavailable. Please check your network connection and try again"

 

This problem has been occuring for months

I have tried removing/reinstalling the app

I have tried deleting my login and re-entering it

Location Services enabled for app, including "Precise Location". "Local Network" allowed.

I have reset Network Settings.

I'm pretty certain it's not a bandwidth issue as other channels work fine and I get very good download speed over mobile, sometimes 70+mbps and the problem is still there.

No Sky-Q

I have the exact same issue, all channels other than sky channels work on cellular data other than sky channels. 

The whole point of having this app is to watch sports "on the go". So why is it not working?!
