Sky Go Quality - JOKE

Anyway this joke of a service can go to Offcom, or somewhere? Sitting on my desktop on 300mb streaming F1 Qualifying in what can only be described as 640x480 pixelated garbage. Its litterally straining my eyes having to watch this (Removed).

Also worth noting when trying to take a screenshot to include in my post, apparently the Sky GO App has permissions to monitor I'm using the Sniping tool or Onenote screen clipping. Who the hell gave Sky Go permission to 'monitor' my Desktop Applications?

Sort it out, you get paid enough.

It was fine for me - perhaps some contention with your ISP?

You're telling other customers here, not Sky...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Re: Sky Go Quality - JOKE

Thanks but if you think an Application should have, or even consider having 'authority' over your Desktop, then its no surprise you listed the T&C's which show no mention of monitoring my Desktop for Screenshot capture applications. Thank you for your....response.

Understand it's Sky customers who read this, hence why I posted it, because I'm clearly not the only one who deems Sky GO a pile of crap which Sky SHOULD be obliged to develop. With no competition, they clearly won't, but doesn't mean we should accept this shoddy product.

Re: Sky Go Quality - JOKE

Funny how trawling through Google helps; Sky GO > Settings > Connect to Sky Q Box disable. How or why given my entire network is on a LAN connecting to the box 10 feet away affects performance this much. is beyond me but that setting was restricting bandwidth, I assume by 'streaming' from the box rather than independently. Conscious I'm speaking to myself mainly, but may help somebody else.
