Sky Go Playstation

We use Sky Go on PS5. The app on PS5 has updated and it will no longer allow us to log in, says need a Sky Q Multiscreen, Sky Glass Whole Home or Sky Go Extra subscription.

I have an old Sky+ box with Multiscreen so does that not tick the box anymore?

I've looked to see how I can add Sky Go Extra subscription to my package and there isn't an option to do so. Please advise.

As you have multiscreen then you can get Sky Go Extra added to your account for no monthly charge so if it doesn't show up via Sky VIP as a free reward for you (on the MySky app) then give Sky a call who will add it for you.
