I have recently joined Sky Stream, upon speaking to customer care they advised to get Sky Go to work on consoles I would need to get a home package which had a 2nd puck.
So this was ordered and setup today. I waited for a couple of hours and am still getting the message that i can't use sky go yet. I hope i haven't been advised to get the wrong thing. I have Sky ultimate with Movies and Sports.

You might need to contact Sky to get this added as I'm not sure if you can do this online.

Hi
Given them a call today and they are non the wiser, asking me if I have an active playstation or xbox account with enough storage.... Obviously or I wouldn't be able to try the login and wouldn't have the message.
I've mention Sky Go Extra and they've said it shows i have Whole Home so should work...now they are going to try cancelling the account and setting it back up...honestly it is ridiculous I've asked 3 times to just add and am not being listened too.

They are now also going to a back office to cancel things and then restore it but this will take 3 to 5 business days.
Apparently they can send out anothe puck, but I pointed out I got 2. Now and it's not working ,
Really disappointed this is supposed to be easy

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThat is disappointing as they should know that you need Sky Go Extra so should you call them back again ask the advisor to add it to your account. As I said yesterday it will be free for you as you have the Whole home package.
