Hi All,
I recently switched from Stream to Q and unfortunately am unable to access my Sky Q box's recordings via Sky Go. There is no button for recordings in the bottom right. I have tried everything from restarting everything to calling Sky who cannot come up with a solution. I have confirmed "Watch via Sky Go" has a checkmark in the Sky Q settings, however, the Sky Go app just appears to not know the existance of the Sky Q Box.

Yes took out multiscreen as I was told I needed it on the phone.

Both on the same network and have restarted both countless times but the sky go app just doesn't seem to even try to connect.
