SkyGo app, running, WiFi and Win 11 laptop
It keeps reporting "No internet connection" which is incorrect
Does anyone have any suggestions please?

If so have you tried disabling the Wi-Fi connection, closing down and reloading the Sky Go app and after it has finished loading wait a few minutes before turning on the Wi-Fi again ?

Yes all the usual re-boots laptop/router.
Firewall + Antivirus disabled
Services ie Netflix work fine via Firefox browser - its just SkyGo I hve an issue with
