Sky Go Extra

I'm a Sky Stream customer.

I've got a PS4 in my room and I've tried to login to Sky Go on it but it says I need Sky Go Extra subscription... I can't for the life of my find that as a product!

Any idea what I need to do to get Sky Go working on my console?? It works fine on my mobile.

Do you have Whole Home on your Sky Stream account?

You will need that if you have a second puck, but it also adds other options as follows, in the Sky Stream faq, under the Sky Go section;

And if you’ve got the Whole Home monthly subscription, you can stream on four devices at the same time with Sky Go and watch Sky TV on your games console...

To get it added you will need to give Sky a call as they will work out the best way to get it on your  account.

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
